Saili Mwale - Project Coordinator

Helping with day to day operations of the Kumbali Kindergarten as a pilot project, Saili has been a part of the project from the time of start. Always on the goal to ensure community transformation by educating children in the right way and giving them basic universal support which helps them strive through the advanced classes and stages of life. "Children's successful future is at heart, the Kindergarten is the place to start from." Saili believes it is a pleasure and a great honor to be a part of every child's success story in life and education. "Every child that goes through our kindergarten has always been successful and their success story always has us in the background, we have created a lasting relationship with them, it is all about providing a platform for the rising of their future." - "Give towards a child and you will be amazed with the results, for every child has great potential in them given the platform and opportunity."

Cathy Mwale - Deputy Project Coordinator & Teacher at Mponela Community Technical College

Cathy joined the team in 2013 and is responsible for the daily operations such as expenses and attendance of children and parents who come to give extra hand to the teacher. She is qualified in construction and entrepreneurship and the skills attained are also applied in the long run of the project. She coordinates on a daily basis matters between children / parents and management. Cathy is also responsible for ensuring that our standards and goals are followed and met.

Kumbali Kindergarten, Lilongwe

Esther Msangu - Kindergarten Teacher

Esther is the teacher for the Kindergarten. She joined in the year 2012 and has so far shown her skills and passion in raising and teaching the children; explaining to them and playing with them also. She works in the team as a mother and friend to the children, while sticking to the goal and standard of the project. Recently she attended a vocational training sponsored by the asscociation.
